💫 About Nikki

Movement has always been my way of guiding people back to strength, calm, and confidence. After having two sons, I began training in the wellness field—starting with evening classes and earning my ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage in 1995. From there, my journey evolved through fitness and Pilates, shaped by curiosity and a deep care for helping others feel strong in both body and spirit.

I hold:

  • 🧠 A Gym Instructor Level 2 (1996) and Exercise to Music certification (1998)

  • 🤍 Level 2 Pilates Matwork (2004) and Body Control Pilates Level 3 certification (2013)

  • 🌿 A Level 3 Bone Health Specialist (2016) and Introductory Reformer Certificate (2019)

  • 🥗 City & Guilds Level 3 Nutrition for Sport & Exercise (2020)

  • 🧘‍♀️ An Approved Teacher Training Diploma in Relaxation, Meditation & Mindfulness (2021)

 

In August 2025, I’ll be expanding my practice with the Body Control Pilates Bridging Reformer Course—continuing my commitment to evolving, deepening, and refining what I offer.

🌙 My Practice

I offer mat-based Pilates, strength training, and one-to-one reformer sessions—all designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more in control of your body and life. Every class we share is intentional: grounded in functional movement, emotional wellbeing, and the belief that fitness should support you, not strain you.

Sessions are small and friendly. Every age and ability is welcome. And yes—we have fun! Because the joy of movement is just as important as the discipline.

My aim is simple:
To help you become the strongest version of yourself, free from pain, rooted in calm, and confident in every breath.
